  • No pet hair, stains, or damage

3. Items NOT Eligible for Return

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-cut fabrics or fabrics cut to customer specifications
  • Personalized or customized items (monogrammed, embroidered, etc.)
  • Clearance and final sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Digital products such as patterns or guides
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items damaged by customer use or improper care
  • Items returned after 30 days (except for defective products)
  • Intimate items such as mattress protectors or personal bedding (for hygiene reasons)

Special Circumstances:

  • Fabric remnants under 1 yard are generally non-returnable
  • Seasonal items may have modified return windows
