We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom-cut fabrics and personalized items cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at info@richfabs.com with your order number, and we'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

We do our best to display accurate colors on our website, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. We recommend ordering fabric samples for large projects or if color matching is critical. Most fabrics are available in sample sizes to help you make the best choice for your project.

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us immediately at info@richfabs.com. After this time, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. If you need to make changes after 2 hours, you'll need to wait until you receive your order and follow our return process.

Yes! We offer volume discounts for large fabric orders and bulk purchases. Discounts typically apply to orders over certain yard quantities or dollar amounts.
